Time Waits for No One

Today, once again, I am reminded of our mortality.  This past year it seems like there have been so many instances of family and friends who I personally know of who have met untimely deaths, that I am beginning to feel unease at my own perception of the increase of the pace of information we seem to be bombarded with.  It gives me the strong impression that time seems to be accelerating.  No more are there days of delicious lounging about at ease and with restfulness.  That distresses me somewhat, although I readily acknowledge that all of us will one day also meet this end of time scenario here in our earthly mantle, I seem to have become more calm to readily accept this same fate.  I have probably done everything that I ever wanted to do while here in this life, so I can say I am ready whenever my Maker chooses to close the book of life on me.  No more are there any to do lists or reasons to stick around longer.  There is a kind of reassurance that despite all the troubles this world may still have to endure, there will be others who will set things right.  This is the main reason why I can be calm and you should be too.  As long as you do what is right, Right will always be Right and what is Wrong will always be whats Left, as Time waits for No One!  ……………………………………………………………………..
